A few weeks ago I had a friend call me a "Blog-stalker"! At first I was surprised, telling her all of the reasons why I don't respond to blogs. (See, when we talk she'll tell me something and, of course, my response is "oh yeah, I saw that on your blog." Hence the name "Blog-stalker".) I thought it was normal to just just read the blogs and then go on to the next one. Apparently not. So, now I am going to try NOT be a "Blog-stalker"! I'm going to read the blogs and try to say something meaningful. Try... Ü
On another note, I'm not spending one more minute on this thing...Scott's getting off work early today! It will be so nice to see him for a few hours...before we both have to head off to meetings and not see each other until tomorrow! LOL!
That's so funny. I think most of us blogstalk a little. I like to leave a comment when I can, but sometimes I'm lucky to catch up on everyone then run out the door or go to bed cause it's so late. I'm glad to hear from you though!! I love hearing what people think of my blog. And it makes me feel connected.
ReplyDeleteTo answer you question, I lost my weight through weight watchers. I think it's a program that works if you follow it. I have a friend that's a dietician (different from a nutritionist, you can read how and why on her blog). Her blog is linked to mine. I think it's called Nutrition RX. She has some great ideas about nutritious eating. I love food, a lot. I have learned that I can eat a lot and loose weight. It's about what you choose to eat. And I allow myself treats, but I don't allow when, where and how much to every be dictated to me.
I know, way more than you wanted to hear. I've been very passionate about it. If you ever wanna hear more, let me know.
